Returns & Refunds Policy
- Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the item
- Once your return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product is damaged and under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
How to Request a Return
To request a return and refund:
- You must send an email to support@maruestore.com
- The request must be sent within 2 days from the date you receive your order
- Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message
Please note: Return requests sent after the 2-day window will not be accepted, even if the item qualifies for a return.
Missed Deliveries
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You fail to collect the package from the courier
- You do not respond to the courier’s phone calls or delivery attempts
Please be mindful and respectful of the work done by our team and logistics partners.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Important: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Timing
If your return is approved:
- You will receive your refund to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of return approval
- Please allow for potential processing time by your bank or credit card provider
