Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address or a return shipping label via email, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with photos of the damage and we will arrange a prepaid return label (details)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union & United Kingdom Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

As stated above, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

 

Uncollected / Refused Parcels Policy

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or not collected by the customer and is returned to seller by the courier, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund:

  • the original shipping costs,
  • return shipping cost,
  • customs duties and import charges (where applicable),
  • and any handling or administrative costs incurred.

Refunds will only be processed once the parcel has been successfully returned to our warehouse.

We are not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or failure to cooperate with customs clearance or delivery attempts.

Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

Shipping costs for accessories are:

  • €10 within the EU
  • £10 for the UK
  • €15 for EU islands
