Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped using reliable tracked courier services, including DHL, Evri, GLS, Poste Italiane, and other trusted carriers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment in real time.

Orders are shipped from Italy, Milan

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Italy (Domestic Shipping): €5.00
  • €10 within the EU
  • £15 for the United Kingdom
  • €15 for EU islands

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.

Customs Fees Upon Delivery

For orders shipped to the European Union (excluding Italy) or the United Kingdom, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply to orders with a value exceeding €150 / £150. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Defective or Damaged Products

All products are carefully inspected before shipment.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@maruestore.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, as the issue could be considered the result of improper handling or use.

Undelivered, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

A package may be returned to us in the following situations:

  • The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
  • The package is refused by the customer
  • Customs duties or import fees are not paid
  • The customer fails to collect the package
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided

In these cases:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may also be deducted from the refund
  • Customs charges and handling fees may be deducted where applicable
  • Refunds will only be processed after the parcel has been returned to our warehouse and inspected

Refund Policy for Returned Shipments

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to deduct the following costs from the refund amount:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and import charges
  • Administrative or handling fees incurred during the return process

The remaining balance will be refunded once the returned package has been received and verified.
